The Bed and Breakfast, l'affittacamere e l'Appartamento all three structures are located in the Historic Centre of Viterbo a short walk from the Papal Palace and the medieval area of San Pellegrino.

The elegant building of the B&B is spread over two levels and has been the subject of a complete restoration that has brought to light the beauty of the details and improved the livability by combining the old and the modern, forming a splendid union that will give you the taste of a stay full of privacy and comfort. The wooden ceilings and the refinement of the furnishings and finishes, and our welcome service are the ideal prerequisite for spending one or more unforgettable nights in our Bed and Breakfast.

The holiday home has a living area, equipped for the rest and relaxation of the guests, complete with kitchen including: stove top - dishwasher - microwave - fridge and freezer. It has a large balcony overlooking the church of Sant'Andrea. The room, has been made with the utmost care and furnished with quality materials and has LCD TV and full bed-bath linen. The apartment is ideal for both the stay of the couple and families of three or four members.

The guest house is located in a beautiful building that develops into an old building on three levels and has been completely restored taking care to create cozy and at the same time unique rooms. The Guest House Medieval House has a nice living and reception area on the first floor, equipped for the rest and relaxation of the guests and to consume breakfast. The 3 rooms all have a private bathroom with shower and are all made with different styles.
The area is convenient for loading and unloading luggage and there are also two large free car parks about 200 metres away.

Medieval House

Viterbo is the capital of Northern Lazio, also known as Tuscia viterbese, just an hour from Rome. Viterbo is of ancient Etruscan origins, has a vast medieval historic center. Within the historic center are the districts: Pianoscarano, San Pellegrino, San Faustino, Cunicchio. The district of San Pellegrino is well preserved, and surrounded by walls almost perfectly intact. Viterbo is known as the city of the Popes: at the end of the XIII century it was in fact the papal seat and for 24 years the Papal Palace hosted and saw the election of several popes. It is famous as a spa town and is home to the University of Tuscia Studies. The Baths of the Popes are the oldest in the city of Viterbo, they owe their name to the figure of Pope Nicholas V, in fact the Pope loved these baths and their healing properties so much that in 1450 he commissioned the construction of a palace, to be able to stay there whenever he wanted, this building took the name “Bagno del Papa”. The waters of the Terme dei Papi di Viterbo are of volcanic origin.

The B&B Medieval House has an agreement with the Terme dei Papi. Their thermal pools flow directly from the source Bullicame at 58° and come steaming into the pool. Sliding in this body of water gives unique sensations, both in summer and winter, when the surrounding park is in its own steam.
